Our Listeners are compassionate individuals who are willing to engage in active listening. While they are not licensed professionals, they are here to provide emotional support, empathy, and a listening ear to those in need. 


Supportive Solace is not a substitute for professional therapy or counseling. While our platform offers emotional support and guidance, it is important to seek professional help if you are experiencing severe or persistent mental health issues. 


Yes, we take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Any information you share with us, including your conversations with Listeners and volunteers, is kept confidential and secure.
